These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "you") and Kiss91 ("we," "platform," or "kiss91"). These Terms govern all use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by kiss91.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the kiss91 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the kiss91 platform immediately.

Kiss91 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you fail to take reasonable security measures, such as using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials.

Withdrawal Conditions

General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is verified by the kiss91 team
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, kiss91 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the player
• Game results generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) are final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a system malfunction
• Kiss91 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and may adjust these limits at any time

Sports Betting

• Odds displayed are accurate at the time a bet is placed; kiss91 is not responsible for any changes in odds after a bet has been confirmed
• Postponed, cancelled, or voided matches may be subject to special settlement rules as displayed in the Sports Betting section
• Bets placed under clearly erroneous conditions (e.g., odds significantly deviating from the market) may be voided by kiss91 even after the bet has been confirmed

Use of the kiss91 platform is subject to the following prohibitions. Violation of any of these may result in permanent account suspension or closure without compensation:

• Use of automated software — The use of bots, automated scripts, or any unapproved assistance software for playing or placing bets is strictly prohibited
• Collusion with Other Players — Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited, particularly in skill-based games

• Exploiting Bugs or System Vulnerabilities — If you discover any bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform, you are required to report them to the kiss91 support team and must not exploit them for personal gain

Kiss91 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe

• The user's own decision to close their account via the self-exclusion feature
• Inactive period exceeding 12 consecutive months

Balance at Account Closure

If an account is closed at the user's request or due to inactivity with no fraud involved, any eligible balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the user via the last payment method used, once all reviews are complete.

In the event of closure due to fraud or a breach of the Terms, kiss91 reserves the right to withhold and void the remaining account balance as damages.
